We are delighted to announce the launch of our Winter Pork CSA, available starting in March. Each week, subscribers will receive a curated selection of pork products, a dozen eggs, and a surprise "farmers’ choice" beef item, totaling four unique items. This program is offered at a competitive rate of $195.00 for the entire month of March. Click the “Shop Now” button below to reserve yours today! CSA packages will be available for weekly pickup at our farm store every Friday from 12p to 4p or Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., beginning March 7th.

2025 PORK SHARE

Whole shares of pork will be available in May, October and November 2025. Shares are priced at $5.75 per pound, based on the hanging weight of the animal, plus an additional $2.75 per pound for any items you want smoked (i.e., bacon, ham, etc.) A $125 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your pork share. 2025 beef share

Half and Whole shares of beef will be available in June, August, October and December 2025. Shares are priced at $6.50 per pound, based on the hanging weight of the animal. A non-refundable deposit of $125 is required to reserve a half share, and a $250 deposit is required to reserve a whole share.
